We ship across Canada. Free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
What sizes do you offer?
Oriel pieces are available in XS through XL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres to help you find your best fit.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Reach out via the contact form and we will guide you through the process.
Do the matching sets need to be purchased together?
No — every set is also available as individual pieces. Each top and bottom is priced and listed separately, so you can build the combination that works for you.
How should I care for my Oriel pieces?
Care instructions are printed on every garment and listed on each product page. Most pieces are best cold-washed on a gentle cycle and laid flat to dry to preserve their shape and colour.
Are restocks planned for sold-out items?
